Our Customer is a long established and successful Distributor of
Industrial Products Sold Nationally.
They are seeking a Sales Manager for the Ontario Region to join
their Management Team in their Head Office in Cambridge.
You will have complete autonomy for the Sales / Marketing
function reporting to the General Manager and will direct the
activities of 6 - 8 Inside / Outside Sales Professionals.
You must have a 'Proven Track Record' of 10+ years in the
Multi-Brand Industrial Distribution Business and be familiar
with Budgeting, Pricing, Sales Incentive Programs, Rebates etc.
Formal Post Secondary Education in Engineering and a Technical
background would be a definite asset.
Salary: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 base + incentives + excellent
benefits.
